About Preschool Promise
Information
Every child has remarkable potential to learn and succeed in school—the key is to start early!
Through a state grant, The Early Learning Hub of Clackamas County, along with local high-quality preschool programs, is now offering a free full-day preschool program called Preschool Promise.
Families living in Oregon, with children 3 or 4 years old, who qualify based on income or services received may be eligible for this program.
**Exception: Children in foster care are eligible to attend if they meet the first two requirements regardless of foster family income.
